About Amazon Delivery Warehouse

Amazon Delivery Warehouse is one of the other places listed in Altoona, Pennsylvania. The business is registered at 3101 Pleasant Valley Blvd, Altoona, PA 16602; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.

Places that do not fit a cafe, bakery, tea, breakfast or nearby-store category land here: tourist attractions, parks and museums with a cafe on site, and unrelated businesses that came in through an import or a Google Maps match. Attraction cafes usually keep the venue's hours and may require admission to reach, so check before making the trip; park kiosks and museum coffee counters are often seasonal. Other listings are kept so that an old address or phone number still resolves and can be re-filed into the right category later.

Hours have not been published for this listing yet. Most businesses of this type in Altoona keep standard business hours, but call ahead to be sure, especially on weekends and holidays. You can reach Amazon Delivery Warehouse at (724) 757-4140; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

Its Google rating stands at 1.7 out of 5 from 105 reviews, which is below average for the category; consider the recent reviews carefully before visiting.

Their drivers are so ignorant they drive on your property. They tear up your property but yet there’s no way to contact anybody. They don’t care if there’s kids Walk playing around they don’t care that you have dogs. These people are maniacs. Altoona pa area They don’t even deliver to your property but yet wanna come turn around in your driveway, but don’t even have a package delivered here but it’s OK to tear up your stuff

Package for delivery in Altoona (four miles from this Amazon warehouse) sat at the warehouse for two days before they could manage to put it on a truck and deliver it. Who runs this place, and who do they employ? What a joke. They could have strapped the package to a dog and got it here quicker.

Since our packages started coming out of this warehouse, they have either arrived wide open, left out in the rain, our boxes of canned sparkling water have all opened cases inside the boxes and the cans are loose. We have received broken items because very fragile items are placed in brown paper bags with no padding instead of a box. I have been ordering from amazon for years and I have ne er had the issues we are experiencing with our packages like we have since they started shipping out of the Altoona warehouse. Customer service constantly says they are escalating the issue but years of experience has shown me that that is just a saying and they never do a thing about complaints. There is never a paper trail of any complaint being made because no other rep or manager ever sees that you ever called and a complaint was filed.

I have had similar experiences to the plethora of other reviewers. My package has been loaded onto a van multiple times, I have watched the driver come to my place, and drive off with my package. I have no estimate for when I will even get it, if I ever even will. Completely unacceptable for a paid service.

All this room to park and this delivery driver felt the need to wedge himself in between our vehicles to deliver a 3 pound package. Really? His license plate is clearly visible and he was here today at 230pm.
